  • Supplying our services to you (please note we require your personal data in order to enter into a contract with you);

  • Registration data will be kept for seven years after the workshop

  • Patient records will be kept for ten years

7.1 We only keep your personal data s long as we need to in order to use it as described above in section 6, and /or for as long as we have your permission to keep it.

You have the right to ask for  a copy of any of your personal data held by us (where such data is held).Under the GDPR, no fee is payable and we will provide any and all information in response  to your written request free of  charge.

Confidentially agreement for Patients (clients)

Patients (clients) have a right to expect that information about them will be held in confidence by health practitioners. Confidentiality is central to trust between practitioners and their patients (clients).

We will seek the explicit consent from or patients (clients), before imparting/disclosing any information you have given us. 

Disclosers :  Information will only be provided if the patient (client) is of  a danger to themselves or another.
